Installed as the 78th President of the NAA in July 2026 in San Antonio, Mike is only the second auction professional from Alabama to lead the world’s largest association of auction professionals.
A career of more than four decades: he founded Fisher Industrial Service in Glencoe in 1986, grew it to 130+ employees and three Inc. 500 listings, sold it, and entered the auction profession in the late 1990s. He and Cindy founded Redfield Group Auctions in 2001. Since then he has conducted or managed auctions in over 40 states and internationally.

Runs every equipment and personal property auction at Redfield: industrial machinery, machine shops, large manufacturing lines and complex specialized equipment. He evaluates, catalogs and markets the most technical inventory, and leads the firm’s appraisal and asset verification work. He is also a brand builder and the Founder of Stateside Authority, which takes international equipment manufacturers to the American market.
