•Auction Pick-Up and Payment Date: Local Pick up and payment will be Wednesday August 31st. 2-5:00 P.M. Unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company, failure to pick up and pay for your purchase(s) at the stated times will incur a $ 25.00 re-schedule fee.
* PAYMENT: All Items in this auction must be settled for at time of pick-up with CASH, Check (with verified bank letter of credit), or wire transfer. Local buyers may pay with credit card with 4% convenience fee. No lots will be released until verification of funds transfer. Failure to complete the transaction for your purchases will result in permanent revocation of bidding privileges across all of our 80+ platforms. Upon conclusion of the auction you will receive an invoice via email on file. A buyers premium is an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid and becomes part of the purchase amount at settlement. "STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a rate of 10 lots every 3 minutes. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot.
“A MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf, thus eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason.
“THE SOFT CLOSE” feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that particular item or lot by 5 minutes thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. In the event you do not use the MAX BID feature and you are out bid you will be notified via e-mail or text that you have been outbid and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.
