This auction features pre-retirement partial liquidation of some rolling stock and other business assets to include a rollback, wrecker, pick up trucks, van, cars, other vehicles, motor home, and some equipment and other inventories.

Auction Ends (Subject to Soft Closing): Wednesday, August 13th at 7 PM Central time
Auto-Extension Feature: If a bid is placed on an item with less than 5 minutes remaining in the auction, the bidding window for that item will extend back to 5 minutes. This will continue until the bidding ceases on that item for 5 minutes consecutively.
Staggered Ending: Groups of Lots will start ending in order in 30 second intervals. Lot 10 will start ending at 7pm, and so forth.
Inspection: Wednesday, August 13th from 10am to 3pm Central
Pick up & Payment: Thursday 8/14/25 and Friday 8/15/25 from 10AM to 3:00PM Central Time. Payment can be made by cash, (in state business) check, personal check, or credit card. We accept credit cards up to $2,500.00 only and we accept VS, MC, and DSC cards. We do not accept AmEx. WE WILL HAVE A CASHIER ON SITE. Bring your own labor - we will have staff on site to assist you locating your purchases - if you need labor or equipment please bring that with you - there is no forklift on site.

Vehicle Titles: Pearce & Associates is a licensed Alabama Automobile Dealer and Designated Agent. Any vehicle purchased will require that Pearce & Associates prepare the title work for the purchaser. Pearce & Associates collects a total of $65 for title work, dealer prep and documentation fee. ($15 title, $50 dealer prep/doc) which the purchaser pays. NOTE: Pearce & Associates does not own vehicles consigned to our auctions. The seller understands that any claims from descriptions, condition, miles, etc are between the owner (seller) and the purchaser. The auctioneer does not guarantee year, make, model, miles, hours, running condition, physical condition of any item in our auctions. Bidding info- When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to
your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the
computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.
This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 5 minutes. The bidding will extend
in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are
no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.
