Members who are interested in buying a property will have access to all Auction Information Packages (AIP) for each property we are selling.  The AIP contains due diligence items like maps, surveys, taxes, airport information, local attractions, property spec sheets and more.

For those of you that are interested in selling a property, you will be able to view AIP’s to see exactly what potential buyers see when inquiring about a property.  This gives you an inside look at how your property would be presented to the market.  Selling members also receive special bonuses if they have been a member at least 30 days prior to contracting with The Redfield Group for our marketing services.

All members also receive notices of our upcoming auctions and events so that you can stay informed about properties we are offering.  It costs nothing to join and you can cancel your membership at anytime.
